At Islamic Travel Agency, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. We aim to offer a fair and transparent cancellation and refund process while considering airline, hotel, and visa regulations applicable to Umrah packages.
By booking with us, you agree to the following cancellation and refund terms.
If you wish to cancel your Umrah booking, you must inform us in writing via email at [info@islamictravelagency.co.uk]
Cancellation charges will apply depending on the time before departure:

| More than 45 days | £100 per person (administrative charge) |
| 30–44 days | 25% of total package price |
| 15–29 days | 50% of total package price |
| Less than 14 days | 100% of total package price (non-refundable) |
*Note:Airline tickets and visa fees are non-refundable once issued.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14 working days after receiving your written cancellation request.
Refunds will be made to the same payment method used for booking.
Refunds are subject to the recovery of funds from our suppliers (airlines, hotels, and visa offices).
If suppliers deny a refund, Islamic Travel Agency cannot guarantee reimbursement for that portion.
Date changes or amendments after booking confirmation may incur administrative fees or airline penalties.
We will always inform you of any additional costs before confirming amendments.
If Islamic Travel Agency must cancel your Umrah package due to unforeseen reasons (e.g., visa denial, flight suspension, or Saudi travel restrictions):
You will be offered an alternative package of equal or higher value, or
A full refund will be issued (excluding non-refundable airline/visa fees if already processed).
Failure to appear at the airport or failure to submit required travel documents in time will be treated as a “no-show”, and no refund will be issued.
In cases such as medical emergencies or family bereavement, we will review refund requests case-by-case. Supporting documents (e.g., medical certificates) must be provided.
