Every package listed above includes: Return flights, Makkah & Madinah hotels, Umrah visa, and airport-to-hotel transfers. No hidden fees.

Islamic Travel Agency UK all-inclusive Umrah packages for 2026 start from £349 per person for 7 nights with a 3-star hotel, and go up to £1,009 for a 7-night 4-star deluxe stay with direct flights. Most pilgrims spend between £470 and £700 per person. Every price on this page is the full price of the trip, return flights from a UK airport, your Umrah visa, hotels in Makkah and Madinah, and all transfers so you are never comparing half a price with someone else's headline offer.

Three things decide what you pay. The first is how close your hotel is to Masjid al-Haram; a room 200 metres away costs more than one 800 metres away, and that difference matters five times a day. The second is that your direct flights from Heathrow cost £80 to £150 more than one-stop flights, but save you six or more hours each way. The third is the month you travel. September is the cheapest month left in 2026, and December is the most expensive. Tell us your budget, and we will tell you plainly what it gets you.

Every package can be secured with a £50 deposit and paid off in monthly instalments, with no interest and no fees. There are no hidden charges; the price you are quoted in writing is the price you pay.

Umrah Prices Month by Month — August to December 2026

Prices change a lot between now and the end of the year. This table shows what to expect so you can pick the month that suits your budget:

Month

Islamic months Crowds Weather in Makkah

Price level

August 2026

Safar / Rabi al-Awwal Low Very hot, 40°C+

Lowest

September 2026

Rabi al-Awwal Low Hot, 38–42°C

Lowest

October 2026

Rabi al-Thani Moderate Warm, 33–37°C

Low

November 2026

Jumada al-Awwal Moderate Pleasant, 27–32°C

Medium

December 2026

Jumada al-Thani High (UK school holidays) Mild, 24–29°C

Highest of 2026

Our honest advice: August and September are the cheapest months, but be prepared for serious heat. Plan Tawaf for after Isha or before Fajr, drink plenty of water, and elderly pilgrims should think carefully before booking peak summer. October and November are the sweet spot: lower prices than December, far better weather than August, and a quieter Haram. If you need school holidays, book December now; hotels near the Haram sell out by autumn.

Booking Umrah in 2026? Read This First

Most problems pilgrims have are avoidable. Here are the five things that catch people out, and how to avoid them.

Check the agency before you pay anyone

Every year, UK families lose money to fake Umrah operators who take deposits and disappear. Protect yourself with two checks that take five minutes. First, ask for the agency's ATOL number and verify it on the Civil Aviation Authority website at caa.co.uk. Ours is 12192, and we want you to check it. Second, make sure the agency is authorised by the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, because unauthorised operators cannot guarantee your visa. If an agency refuses to give you an ATOL number, walk away, whatever price they offer.

Ask exactly how far the hotel is from the Haram

"Near the Haram" can mean 100 metres or 2 kilometres. The difference matters five times a day, every day of your trip. Always ask for the distance in metres and the hotel name before you book. We publish both for every package, and if a hotel changes, we tell you before you fly, not at check-in.

Get the full price in writing

Some agencies quote a low headline price, then add visa fees, transfer charges or "service fees" later. Ask one question: "Is this the total price per person with visa, flights, hotels and transfers included?" With us, the answer is yes, in writing, on your quote.

First time? You do not need to know everything

Many first-time pilgrims worry about getting the rituals wrong. Do not let that delay your booking. Before you fly, we give you a plain-English Umrah guide covering Ihram, Tawaf, Sa'i and Halq step by step, and we brief every group before departure. Our consultants have performed Umrah themselves and will answer any question, however small it may feel.

Travelling with elderly parents or young children

Tell us at the time of booking. For elderly pilgrims, we choose the closest possible hotels, arrange wheelchair help for Tawaf and Sa'i, and recommend direct flights and cooler months (October to December). For young children, we arrange connecting rooms and child-friendly hotels, and we will honestly tell you which dates to avoid.

Can Women Travel for Umrah Without a Mahram in 2026?

Yes. Saudi Arabia no longer requires women to travel with a mahram (male guardian) for Umrah, whatever their age. Women can book alone, or join one of our accompanied group departures if they would rather travel with others. Many of our solo female pilgrims choose a group for company, not because the rules require it. Rules can change, so we confirm the current position with you at the time of booking.

Documents You Need for Umrah 2026

  • Passport valid for at least 6 months from your return date
  • Recent passport-sized photos on a white background
  • Meningitis ACWY vaccination certificate
  • Confirmed flight and hotel bookings are included in your package
  • For families: marriage or birth certificates showing the relationship
  • Non-British passport holders: valid UK residency permit

We handle the visa application from start to finish through official Saudi channels. It usually takes three to seven working days. Full details are on our Umrah visa from UK page.

How to Book Your 2026 Umrah Package

  1. Call 0208-178-8400, WhatsApp us, or visit our Stratford office (Suite No.1, The Old Dispensary, 30 Romford Road, London E15 4BZ).
  2. Tell us your dates, airport, group size and budget. You get a personal quote the same day, with the total price in writing.
  3. Pay your £50 deposit. Your booking is confirmed, and your ATOL certificate is issued. Pay the rest in monthly instalments.
  4. Send your documents. We sort the visa.
  5. Fly. We will brief you before departure, and our team will meet you in Saudi Arabia.

For December 2026 travel, book by early autumn. For Ramadan Umrah packages (Ramadan 2027 is expected to run from 7 February to 8 March 2027), book as early as you can. Hotels near the Haram sell out months ahead, and prices only go up.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does an Umrah package cost in 2026?

An all-inclusive Umrah package from the UK costs from £349 per person in 2026 for a 7-night 3-star deal, from £470 for 4-star and from £550 for 5-star. The price includes return flights, Umrah visa, hotels near the Haram and transfers. August and September are the cheapest months left in 2026; December is the most expensive.

Can I still book Umrah for 2026?

Yes. The Umrah season reopened after Hajj in June 2026, and dates from August to December 2026 are open for booking now. December sells out first because of UK school holidays, so book that month by early autumn.

Which is the best month left in 2026 for Umrah?

October and November offer the best balance for most pilgrims: warm but manageable weather (27–37°C), a quieter Haram and lower prices than in December. August and September are the cheapest but very hot. December has the mildest weather but the highest prices and biggest crowds.

Which is the cheapest month for Umrah in 2026?

August and September 2026 are the cheapest months, falling in the quiet Islamic months of Safar and Rabi al-Awwal. Flights and hotels are at their lowest, and you can save £150 to £300 per person compared with December. Be ready for the summer heat of 40°C or more, and plan worship around the cooler parts of the day.

Is it too hot to do Umrah in August?

It is very hot, often above 40°C in Makkah, but thousands of pilgrims go there in August every year. The Mataf and much of the Haram are shaded or air-conditioned, and most pilgrims do Tawaf after Isha or before Fajr when it is cooler. If you are elderly or have health conditions, we honestly recommend waiting from October to December instead.

What is included in an all-inclusive Umrah package 2026?

Every package includes return flights from a UK airport, Umrah visa processing, hotels in Makkah and Madinah near the two Holy Mosques, airport transfers, transport between Makkah and Madinah, guided Ziyarat tours and 24/7 support. Meals and private transport can be added.

Can women perform Umrah without a mahram in 2026?

Yes. Saudi Arabia has removed the mahram requirement for Umrah, so women of any age can travel without a male guardian. Many of our solo female pilgrims choose to join our accompanied group departures for company. We confirm the latest Saudi rules with you at booking.

When is Ramadan? Can I book it now?

Ramadan 2027 is expected to run from around 7 February to 8 March 2027, subject to moon sighting. Bookings are open now, and we strongly advise booking early. Hotels near the Haram sell out months in advance, and prices rise steadily from autumn 2026.

How far in advance should I book?

For August to November 2026, two to three months ahead is usually enough. For December 2026, book by early autumn. For Ramadan 2027, book six months or more ahead. Early booking means better hotels near the Haram and lower fares, and you only need £50 per person to secure it.

What documents do I need?

A passport valid for six months from your return date, passport photos, and a meningitis ACWY vaccination certificate. We provide the confirmed flight and hotel documents needed for the visa and handle the whole application, which usually takes three to seven working days.

Is Islamic Travel Agency ATOL protected?

Yes. We hold ATOL licence 12192 from the UK Civil Aviation Authority, covering every flight-inclusive package we sell. You can check our licence yourself at caa.co.uk in under a minute, and we encourage every pilgrim to do exactly that before booking with any agency.

Can I customise my 2026 package?

Yes. Choose your hotel, star rating, departure airport, duration (7, 10, 12 or 14 nights) and extras such as meals, private transfers or the Haramain high-speed train. Tell us your budget, and we will build the package around it.
